Kennett Community Bike Project

Vision

Kennett Community Bike Project aims to support an inclusive and engaged community that promotes equitable access to biking for transportation and recreation, through education and infrastructure. Our initiatives will provide alternative transportation, improve mental and physical health, and help kids and families have fun outdoors.

Free Bike Program

KTA's Free Adult Bike Program offers refurbished bicycles to Kennett area adults in need for transportation and recreation.

Pop-up Bike Mechanic

Volunteer mechanics offer low-cost bike repairs twice a month, weather permitting: First Fridays at Kennett Farmers Market and Third Thursdays on State Street, May-November.

Youth Program

KTA's youth program fosters children's growth through bicycling. Children up to age 9 can receive free bicycles at our annual Bike Fest, while those aged 9-18 can participate in classes.
